I’m a writer and editor who believes words can do more than fill a website, book, or grid—they can build connection, create change, and make people feel seen. I love shaping ideas into language that helps others: whether that’s through thoughtful content, meaningful storytelling, or simply helping someone find the right words at the right time. Before becoming a writer and editor, I worked in community transformation in both rural and urban under-resourced communities. Those experiences along with my undergraduate training in psychology and sociology equip me to create nuanced content with heart.

When I’m not working on a project, you can find me exploring Nashville restaurants with friends or searching for a new reality tv show to be obsessed with.
